What it does
The MiniMax H3 API animates a single first frame into one continuous 5-second shot at 2K.

Inputs
- First frame: a finished anime frame, 16:9. The example is the train window shot from the study.
- Prompt: the motion with timings, anchored to the first frame ("Picture 1 aligns with the 0.00-second mark"). The example prompt shows the format we used.
