ABOUT THE WORKFLOW

Animate a Still Image
Upload an image and describe what happens in the scene. Gemini Omni Flash reads the composition, lighting, and subject from the image, then generates a video with motion, camera work, and synchronized audio. The output is an MP4 at 30fps with sound.

Partner node. This workflow calls an external API, so each run uses credits from your API wallet. No API key needed. Floyo handles the connection.

Model

  • Gemini Omni Flash by Google. A multimodal video generation model built on the Gemini Omni architecture with native audio-visual output, real-world knowledge grounding, and character and object consistency across frames.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1. Upload your image
The image that becomes the opening frame. The model preserves the subject, lighting, and composition throughout the clip.
Works great with: product shots · concept art · photographs · AI-generated images · illustrations

Step 2. Write your prompt
Describe the motion, camera movement, and sound. "A sleek black supercar enters from the left at high speed, races past the charging station, headlights sweep across the environment, subtle dust trail, engine roar fading to silence" gives the model clear direction across the full duration.

Step 3. Set duration and aspect ratio
Duration defaults to 6 seconds. Aspect ratio defaults to 16:9 widescreen. Switch to 9:16 for vertical or 1:1 for square.

Step 4. Hit run and download
Gemini Omni Flash generates the video with synchronized audio and returns an MP4 at 30fps.
Ready for: Premiere · DaVinci Resolve · After Effects · TikTok · Instagram · YouTube

First time? Upload an image, write a motion description, and hit run. Leave duration and aspect ratio as-is.

RECOMMENDED SETTINGS

Quick-start guide. Find the goal that matches yours and copy the settings.

  • Standard animated clip — 6 seconds, 16:9, safety checker off. Upload your image, write a motion prompt, run.

  • Vertical for social media — Switch aspect ratio to 9:16. Native portrait output for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

  • Longer scene — Increase duration to 8 seconds. More time for the model to develop camera moves and action sequences.

  • Shorter teaser — Drop duration to 4 seconds. Faster generation, lower cost. Good for hooks and preview clips.

  • Audio not matching the scene — Add explicit sound cues in the prompt. "Engine roar, tire screech on pavement, then silence with wind" steers the generated audio.

  • Motion looks stiff or does not follow the prompt — Write the motion as a sequence of events with timing. "The scene starts quiet. Then the car enters from the left. It passes the station. The environment returns to stillness." Sequential descriptions produce better motion than a single block of text.

Prompt: Describe the scene as a sequence of events, not a static description. "A car races through the frame from left to right, headlights sweeping the environment, dust settling after it passes" is specific and sequenced. "Car driving at night" gives the model too little to work with.

WHAT WORKS BEST / WHAT TO AVOID

✅ Works great

  • Well-lit images with clear subjects and defined environments

  • Sequential motion prompts that describe events in order

  • Camera terms like "stationary with subtle pan," "slow dolly," "tracking shot"

  • Sound descriptions written into the prompt

⚠️ May produce softer results

  • Very dark or low-contrast source images

  • Single-word or vague prompts with no motion direction

  • Requesting multiple unrelated actions in one short clip

  • Source images with heavy text overlays or watermarks

FAQ

What is Gemini Omni Flash?
Gemini Omni Flash is Google's multimodal video generation and editing model, released June 30, 2026. It is built on the Gemini Omni architecture and generates video with native audio from text, image, and video inputs. It supports conversational editing where users can refine videos through natural language across multiple turns while maintaining session history.

Does Gemini Omni Flash generate audio with the video?
Yes. Every video output includes natively generated audio synchronized to the visual content. This covers ambient sound, sound effects, music, and dialogue. Describe the sounds you want in the prompt and they generate alongside the visuals in a single pass.

What is the difference between Gemini Omni Flash and Veo 3.1?
Veo 3.1 is optimized for generating single high-quality clips. Gemini Omni Flash focuses on iterative, conversational editing that combines multiple assets. It supports multi-turn sessions where users can stack sequential edits while maintaining context. Pricing for both is $0.10 per second of video.

Can Gemini Omni Flash maintain character consistency from the source image?
Yes. The model reads the subject, lighting, color, and composition from your uploaded image and preserves them across the generated video frames. Object and character consistency is maintained throughout the clip duration.

What resolution and duration does this workflow support?
This workflow generates video at 30fps in 16:9 widescreen with a default duration of 6 seconds. Aspect ratio options include 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1. Duration is adjustable up to the model's maximum.

Do the outputs have a watermark?
Google applies an invisible SynthID watermark to all videos from Gemini Omni Flash. It does not change how the video looks or sounds, but it stays embedded in the file to mark it as AI-generated.

How to run Gemini Omni Flash image to video online?
You can run Gemini Omni Flash image to video online through Floyo. No installation, no setup, no API key to wire up. Open the workflow in your browser, upload your image, describe the motion, and hit run. Free to try.

WHY FLOYO?

Floyo is the only platform with team collaboration for ComfyUI in the browser. You run workflows with no install. You share run history, assets, and models across your team. You pay only when you generate. Floyo supports open-source and closed-source models.

A designer runs an edit and likes the result. A teammate opens that exact run from shared history and keeps going. No file handoffs. No version confusion.

For studios and enterprise teams, Floyo adds private workspaces, pooled resources, and a team usage dashboard. Other ComfyUI cloud tools run for one person at a time. Floyo runs for the whole team, with transparent per-generation costs.
