異和 -IWA- / AI Brand Film — FL2VA + I2VA Chain
90秒の架空ライフスタイルブランド「異和」のブランドフィルム制作ワークフロー。Midjourney生成画像をSeeDanceのFL2VA（2画像間モーフ）とI2VA（単画像アニメーション）で映像化し、歌詞タイミングに完全同期させた「歌詞シンク構成」で編集。全21カットをFL2VA 12本+I2VA 9本のチェーン構造で接続。楽曲も自作。画像生成→動画生成→編集→タイポグラフィ→LPまで、一人のクリエイターによるトータルブランディング。

## Structure: Lyric-Sync Chain
Every cut is timed to a specific lyric phrase.
The 21 clips form a continuous FL2VA chain —
the End image of each clip becomes the Start image of the next.
INTRO (0:00–0:28) — 3 FL2VA: world-building, no vocals
VERSE1 (0:28–0:55) — 4 FL2VA: each synced to a lyric line
BRIDGE (0:55–1:01) — 7 I2VA: rapid-fire 0.7s cuts, one per word
VERSE2 (1:02–1:15) — 4 clips: transition to fire
OUTRO (1:15–1:30) — 3 FL2VA: eye → circle → tatami → title card
## Key Technique: FL2VA Morph Control
- Camera movement, shared visual anchors, and color bridging
written into each prompt to guide smooth transitions
- Complex cuts (fire→eye, cloud→phone) use SeeDance 2.5
- Simple static holds (Bridge) use SeeDance 2.0
