When Principal Nadia Hionides opened The Foundation Academy back in 1988, she knew that kids learn best when they are fully engaged and tapping into their own creativity. Fast forward to today and TFA is still committed to hands-on projects and meeting each student where they learn best. This year, they decided to take things a step further by bringing AI art into the classroom.
We kicked things off with a live event that set the tone for a semester-long course on building your own brand using AI every step of the way. Students jumped right in, experimenting with open source tools, layering in everything from animation to web design, and seeing how AI can enrich their ideas.
